Your items are processed in the order they are received. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
If you provided the wrong shipping address, due to security reasons, we will not be able to change this.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days, Monday - Friday. (Excludes weekends and all US federal holidays.)
Please allow 2-5 days for processing, if you have requested an autographed copy from our website or one of our house authors, please allow an additonal 2 days for processing.
Items are shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Mail, and the shipping cost will be added at checkout.
You will receive a UPS or USPS tracking number to the email you provided.
Priority Mail estimated delivery times is 2-3 business days.

We do not accept returned items under any circumstances. Orders returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect mailing addresses, or failure to claim packages, will require an additional shipping fee to be re-sent to the customer. Returned items will not be refunded. Any packages received at our offices will be destroyed and not re-shipped. By placing an order on themcangel.com the customer acknowledges and agrees that we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying spelling, names, and personalization requests before submitting an order. If errors are submitted, we are not liable. To obtain a corrected copy, a new purchase must be made. Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. No modifications or changes are possible after checkout.
* PRE-ORDER Books may be returned for a full refund, if the item is not delivered thirty days after the specified SHIPS ON date.
Exchanges are not available due to limited quantities and sustainability practices. All items are produced on a made-to-order basis . Refunds are not available unless there is a verifiable printing defect affecting 50% or more of the book’s interior pages. Books damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the carrier. Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping provider. By placing an order on themcangel.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees that we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Under special circumstances, regarding the book purchase is damaged due to interior printing, please email info@bridgestreetpublishing.com to file a complaint.
